LPC-IT | Licensed Professional Counselor In Training

Finding a therapist can be overwhelming as you do your best to find a good fit for you. My goal is to provide transparency about what clients can expect from me, and hopefully help you make a well-informed decision!

My name is Brianne, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor In-Training which means that I have completed a Master’s level education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and I am under the supervision and guidance of Dr. Casey Hanson in my first couple years of practice. My experience is primarily in working with adolescents, teens and adults who are managing anxiety, depression and identity exploration (including but not limited to self esteem, cultural/ethnic identity, values systems, sexual and gender identities). My approach tends to be client-centered and collaborative as I feel clients are ultimately the experts in their therapeutic journey. Within the collaborative context, you can expect me to offer observations or alternative thinking opportunities to assist in processing your experiences.

Your therapeutic journey should ultimately serve you, and assist you in making the changes you want to see. I look forward to providing you with a safe and supportive environment!
