There are many reasons why you may be looking for counseling. This can include symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, or other stressors that may be affecting your relationships at home or work. Whatever the reason, my focus is to listen in a nonjudgmental manner and support you through your healing journey. Together we will work to help you develop insight into the dynamics that contribute to your struggles and generate strategies to navigate those challenges. The goal is to help you feel empowered so that you can live life more fully and experience more joy!
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I earned my master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin Madison. My specialties include training in Trauma treatment using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) or Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Mindfulness Strategies.
I am an active therapist, combining compassion, education, and knowledge counseling clients. My belief is that no matter what problems you’re facing right now—whether it’s something small or something big—you have the power within yourself to create a life of purpose, peace, and joy. Your healing journey isn’t something you must take alone; let me support you through yours.
