She believes that building a strong therapeutic alliance will be essential to the growth process. When we are struggling in life, feeling stuck, hurt, confused, or alone we all deserve a safe space to talk with someone who will not judge us but instead walk alongside us to foster change and growth. Marissa views therapy as a collaborative process and that you will get out of therapy what you put into therapy.
